We have to start somewhere...and that is right where you are at...now.

You just have to start. This opportunity is designed to jump start your health and fitness journey.

It's six weeks to get you moving. To give yourself the opportunity to carve some time out for you. To realize you really needed this.

The Jump Start is a combo of our small group session and private one on one training.

Over 6 weeks you will get:

  • to join in a dozen Small Group Sessions across any of the formats we offer: Pilates, Strength, Yoga, Aerial Fitness and more
  • to be a part of the energy, camaraderie and support in a personalized, small group setting
  • 6 private 1:1 Personal Training Session - the chance to address all things that are unique to you in a safe and private setting
  • more confidence as you focus on everything you CAN do

You will get to mix and match the pieces and schedule to meet your needs and goals - and no, you don't have to figure it out on your own, we will guide you.

If you are unsatisfied or intimidated by a traditional gym, Surviving Strong is different in it's small group classes and personal attention (without making you feel "singled-out" or uncomfortable). Everyone there really cares, and you are so much more than just a number. It's so nice that everyone works at their own level and the instructors are really helpful with modifications. It's taken me years to find a "gym" that works for me. I've started and stopped so many memberships. But this fitness center is exactly what I needed!
